HOW TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES AT OSV

 

STEP 1

Send pictures of your items to our Instagram -  @osvsecondhandkbh 

 STEP 2

We will "like" the items we wish to sell for you

STEP 3

Book a day for drop-off via link on the landingpage or via link in bio @osvsecondhandkbh

NOTE! WE ONLY ACCEPT THE CLOTHES WE HAVE LIKED ON INSTAGRAM

STEP 4

Make sure the items you bring are clean and in good condition

STEP 5

Drop off your clothes at the store and we will go through it once again since items are not always clear from pictures

STEP 6

When we have received your clothes, we will send suggestions on prices for you to accept. Due to a lot of new clothes coming in, we try to price it as fast as we can, and also wish for you to return to us as fast as possible with your ‘acceptance’.

 

When receiving the price-suggestions you also get a costumer number. This number will forever be yours, and you need to inform us that number when you hand in clothes another time.

 

If you wonder how it’s going with your items, you are always welcome to come by the store and we will give you a status. We are so busy in store, and we try not to keep our heads on the phone, so we cant give status via message or instagram. We need your costumer number to find you in the system.


WHEN YOUR ITEMS GETS SOLD

You will get 50% off when your items gets sold.

To receive your money you have to come by the store to place your signature and give us your bank information.

The money will get transferred during the following monday morning.

 

 IF YOUR ITEMS DOESN'T GET SOLD

IMPORTANT! If your items doesn't get sold, we will contact you with the information that we unfortunately couldn't sell your clothes.

After receiving the message, you have 8 days to come by and pick it up. If you don't pick it up, we will send it to the Red Cross.
